1.- Shipping Policy:
- Europe orders will be shipped at 5.95 €.
- Rest of the world will be shipped at 8.95 €..
- There is no minimum order to be shipped.
- The arrival time of in-stock items depends on the Postal Services of the destiny country.
- Our primary shipping carriers will be Postal Services. We will make every attempt to ship by the most economical mode to get the product to you in a timely manner. We will also ship per your instructions if possible or contact you to discuss shipping.

3.- Forms of Payment:
- Galleon accepts at least this ways of payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment by Transference or Deposit and Credit or Debit Cards (Secure Server).
- Allowed Cards are Visa and MasterCard. Money transfer is carried out directly between you and our bank "Caixa Galicia", under secure protocol SSL. This form of payment is known as virtual TPV, which guarantees privacy, integrity and authentication of the data.
- COD is only avaible for the UE countries except: United Kingdom, Ireland, Holland
- Payment by Transference, Deposit or Credit Card option must be previous to shipping.

4.- Privacy Policy:
- Our Policy is simple we never provide access our records to any one. Galleon does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
- Your email address will only be used to acknowledge your order and to present you our offers. If you do not wish to receive information on our offers, please let us know through email at ofertas@gallosdeleon.com.

5.- Products:
- GALLEON guarantees all our products are hand made, following the centenary techniques used by the flytyers of the Curueño Valley (León, Spain) centuries ago. Their craftsmanship is now world wide acknowledge, and strictly followed by us.
- Our hand work does not allow serving items we don't have in stock. In that case we would contact you by email to discuss wether you want to order them from others or you prefer to wait till we make them.

6.-Return Policy:
- Galleon International guarantees your satisfaction, so that we take back any product you're not satisfied with.
- In this case we request the product be unused and in its original condition and returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Please return the item with a brief explanation of the reason of the return. We will issue full refund including our shipping charges. Please note we cannot accept returns of used or damaged product:
